The patient is singularly the most important person in this practice and both partners ensure that everything is geared towards their needs. The premises are designed to create as relaxed and informal an atmosphere as possible. If you have any comments please feel free to discuss them with one of the staff. Stewart and Tom both realise that dentistry is as much about good looks as it is about general health, and indeed that the one helps the other. If you have any specific questions or worries about your dental appearance then please discuss them with your dentist. Similarly, if you have any fears or anxieties about receiving treatment, let Tom or Stewart know and everything that can be done to help you, will be. There is a small, specially designed, play area for children to use whilst in the building. Children of existing patients can normally be seen under the NHS scheme and Stewart and Tom are keen to see dental hygiene as a concern throughout the family. If you wish to listen to music, both dentists have separate sound systems and you are encouraged to bring your own headphones and CDs or tape cassettes to listen to during your appointment. Protecting patients and staff is obviously of paramount importance and all necessary precautions are taken to ensure a sterile environment that will guarantee the highest possible standards of safety. |
